- One Booking per Person
- Registration is BINDING
- Only money transfer is supported
- Transfer of the fee has to be done directly after booking (bank details in registration confirmation email)
- Booking approval follows successful money transfer
- Disadvantages for the participant may occur on late payment (loosing early bird rebate or push to a waiting list)
- No short-notice booking on Workshop days is planned
- Your preferred workshop time (early or late one, where applicable) may be switched by the organiser if needed (though we try to fulfill the wish)
- Cancellations only in very particular exceptional cases (death case, serious illness,…)
- Cancellation by the organiser may occur when the workshop is not full enough. The fees will be reimbursed. Any other costs by the participants (hotel cancellation fees,…) will not be reimbursed by the event organiser
